This Sunday March 19th is the 32nd annual race. It is one of the largest marathons in the country with more than 25,000 participants and hundreds of thousands of spectators. The participants will run from the Dodger Stadium to the sea (26.2 miles). The volunteers will pass out water bottles, orange slices, and spray your legs with Salonpas to ease the pain in your legs, while the spectators will cheer you on. Although the race will have professional athletes, most of the people are running for the fun of it. Some will run for causes to raise money while others are running for personal goals, overcoming obstacles. Whatever your reason pace yourself and have fun.
