No More Sad Tears

Today, September 3rd has always been a difficult day for me and my family. You see my mother was killed on this day many many years ago. It still hurts. She was my best friend. She was not there when I got married or had my children or when my husband bought me a house on Mother’s
Day in 1993, or when our boys graduated on the same day from college. These are all things that a girl wants to share with her mother. When she died it took the life out of me. She was so full of life, but her spirit lives in all of her children and grandchildren and her great grandchildren and all of our family and friends who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was a special person sent from God for a short period of time. I am the woman I am today, because of what she instilled in me. Thank you, gracious Father for the mother you gave me. No more crying sad tears. I will honor and celebrate my mother today and everyday. Love you, Claudette.
